Why did I become a wedding photographer?

 

After graduating from Pennsylvania State University in 2012, I was working in the field of commercial video, but longed to have more creative control over my work. After photographing a surprise engagement for my dear friends, I was absolutely hooked! There was something about working with couples in love that gave me the fulfillment I had been searching for. There is so much beauty, love and joy in this world, and my job let's me capture it.    

 

Although I am based in Philadelphia, my hope is that my work will to take me to far off places to meet amazing people and document their story.  

 

When I am not shooting, I love spending time with my husband Patrick, taking trips to the beach, singing and hanging with our family and friends.
